Richard spent almost 20 years with Siemens in senior systems construction management positions, supporting the delivery of major railway projects across Asia, Europe and North America.
His work covered the full project lifecycle from design integration, construction planning and installation through to testing, commissioning and handover. This experience provided extensive exposure to client organisations, multinational delivery teams, contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders operating in complex and demanding environments.
Richard is a British Army Veteran who completed 24.5 years (1982-2006) of military service in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (Atre et Marte). He served in the United Kingdom, Europe, Balkans, Middle East, Canada, Central America and Brunei including 5no operational tours of duty.
